This is my final version, if someone wants to look at the original outline(Sketch), just let me know on AIM. Don't know if I'll make it but I'll be lucky as hell to get to 3rd prize. I need that geetar.

You seem to put a good amount of effort into this picture. I do like the design of the skull-centered object. The line art (if it has any) looks a bit rough. In addition, you might want to add a bit more contrast on the skull (if not, darker shadows). Otherwise, it is contest worthy.
